Do individual and team licenses include different features?
No. Each license includes every Trace Logic feature and is for one user and one activated computer.
Can I try the add-in first?
Yes. The free trial lasts 10 days. You do not need to purchase a license to start it.
How can I purchase licenses for a team?
Open your team account, sign in with your email and create a team. Choose the number of licenses and pay for your order. Then invite employees and assign their licenses.
How long does a license last?
One year from confirmed payment. Active license renewals begin at the end of the paid period. There are no recurring charges.
How do I receive my key or request a refund?
Your key is automatically emailed to your verified address after payment. You can request a full refund within 30 days, no reason required. See the license terms (Russian).
After a refund is processed, crediting your card depends on your bank and may take up to 15 days. SBP refunds are generally faster, usually within an hour. These timeframes are estimates and depend on the bank.
How are team licenses refunded?
Team licenses can be refunded individually within 30 days of payment, starting with the most recently purchased. Refunds equal their actual paid price after discounts. Renewals are refunded separately for each license.
